6. Website Development Payment Obligations:

A down payment is required in order to begin development of your website. This is usually 50% of the upfront design fee, unless an alternative contract or proposal specifies a different amount. The outstanding balance on your website is due after the design, navigation and pages have been approved and built. Final payment is due on the schedule date regardless of whether all content for the pages has been sent by the client. This provision is in place to encourage the client to get content submitted promptly so that their site can go live. It also ensures that Progeektech gets paid for performing their duty under the proposal, despite tardy content from the client. After payment, In the event an “under construction” page is posted due to missing content, Progeektech will post ONE copy of any text/pictures on existing pages only,

7. Billing and payment

Upon completion of the 7-day review period and before the launch of website on your domain name,we will invoice you for the 50% balance of the project. We will never automatically charge your card without your approval. We reserve the right to remove any Web Design Project from viewing on the Internet until final payment is made. You unconditionally and personally guarantee the payments. In case collection proves necessary, you agree to pay all fees (including all attorney’s fees and court costs) incurred by that process.

Users of the Service may be required to provide their credit card details to Company or the payment service provider retained by Company (the “PSP”). Client will be responsible for paying agreed-upon fees for the Service. For monthly payment plans, the Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.Any abandoned projects for which a deposit has been paid will not be refunded, and any work completed by Progeektech remains the property of Progeekech

8. Search Engine Optimisation Plans

All search engine optimisation plans offered by Progeektech's are offered on a month to month basis, with no locked in contracts.This means that we collect payments in advance for each month of your SEO campaign.
This payment is collected via recurring PayPal subscription, Direct Bank Transfer, or Online Credit Card Payment.

Your SEO plan starts from the date of payment as is recurring each month until you notify us of cancellation.

Upon setting up the initial payment, we will be in touch within the next 24 hours to set up your campaign in our systems and complete any required keyword research.The first months reports of the work complete and ranking progressions will be available and sent directly to you via email exactly one month after starting the campaign.
You will receive these reports each month thereafter on your signup date.

Client acknowledges that Progeektech has no control over changes to search engine policies or algorithms. At any
time, Client’s website may lose rankings or be excluded from search results at the sole discretion of the search engine.

9. Cancellation

In the event this Agreement is terminated by the Client, the Client agrees to pay to Progeektech an amount to be costed on the basis of all services provided by Progeektech that remain unbilled as at the date of termination.

If site design and development work has already begun (such as creating a design concept), then the down payment is non-refundable. Progeektech my elect at its sole discretion to offer a partial refund depending upon the circumstances.

Notice must be provided by the account holder or a nominated representative (as identified by the Client) and clearly state the service to be cancelled, along with the date the cancellation is required to be actioned. Progeektech reserve the right to charge 30 days of monthly on goings if such notice is not provided.In the event the Client is a corporation, the directors of the Client agree to be parties to this Agreement and guarantee the performance of the Client and further agree to assume each and every liability and obligation of the Client pursuant to this Agreement in the event of and as and when the directors of the Client are called upon to do so for whatever reason. The obligations of the directors of the Client include but are not limited to the payment of any and all invoices rendered to the Client by Progeektech.

• Refund not applicable once website is completed.

• Refund not applicable on web hosting fees.

10. Affiliate Disclaimer

These Terms and Conditions (the "Affiliate Agreement") govern the Affiliate Program.

Some of the sections of this site will allow you to purchase different products and services online provided by other entity, and not us. Some of the links that we post on our site are “affiliate links.” This means if you click on the link and purchase the item/product or services, we will receive an affiliate commission.*
